Who we are

This website is operated by Pete Scholey, trading as Pete Scholey Lifestyle Coaching. We provide lifestyle and health coaching services to individuals.

What data we collect

We only collect what we need. Here's exactly what that is:

• Name and email address — collected when you complete The Rebuild Audit or contact us directly. We need this to send you your results and follow up if you've asked us to.
• Audit responses — your answers to the 8 questions in The Rebuild Audit. These are used to generate your score and are stored to allow us to personalise any follow-up.
• Booking information — if you book a call via Calendly, that service collects your name, email, and chosen time slot. Calendly's own privacy policy applies to that data.
• Website usage data — we use Meta Pixel (see below) to understand how people interact with this website. This may include your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken on the site.

We do not collect payment details. Payments for coaching programmes are handled directly by MyPTHub, which has its own privacy policy.

Why we collect it

We only use your data for the following purposes:

• To send you your Rebuild Audit results
• To follow up if you've expressed interest in coaching
• To send occasional relevant content if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe at any time
• To understand how people find and use this website, so we can improve it
• To show relevant advertising to people who have visited this site or are similar to people who have (via Meta Pixel)

The legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interest (for website analytics and follow-up to enquiries you've initiated) and consent (for marketing communications and tracking cookies, which we only set if you agree).

Meta Pixel

This website uses Meta Pixel, a tool provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (the company behind Facebook and Instagram). The pixel allows us to:

• Understand which pages people visit and what actions they take
• Show our advertising to people who have visited this site
• Build audiences of people similar to our existing visitors and clients
• Measure how effective our advertising is

Meta Pixel works by placing a small piece of code on this website that communicates with Meta's servers when you visit. This may involve the processing of your IP address and other technical identifiers.

We only activate Meta Pixel if you accept cookies via our cookie banner. If you decline, the pixel will not fire.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share data with:

• Meta Platforms, Inc. — via the Meta Pixel, for advertising purposes, with your consent
• Calendly — if you book a call, your booking details are processed by Calendly
• MyPTHub — if you join a coaching programme, your programme data is held on the MyPTHub platform

Each of these services operates under its own privacy policy and data processing terms.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct any inaccurate data
• Ask us to delete your data
• Object to us processing your data
• Withdraw consent at any time (where consent is the basis for processing)
• Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk
